IAMWATCH Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1.General

1.1 By attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Hour Glass and the event organiser reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Entry and Attendance 

2.1 Entry to the event is free, but you will need to register online.

2.2 A valid QR code must be presented for entry to the event. Digital or printed confirmations are acceptable.

2.3 The Hour Glass and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or in breach of these terms and conditions.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

3.1 The Hour Glass and the event organiser reserve the right to alter or change the event programme, venue, or date due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, attendees will be notified through the provided contact information.

4. Personal Information

4.1 Personal information collected during the registration process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

4.2 By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event related purposes.

5. Liability

5.1 The Hour Glass and the event organiser are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to proper that occurs during the event.

5.2 Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including those related to health and safety.

6. Prohibited Items

6.1 The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages and any other items deemed inappropriate by The Hour Glass and the event organiser.

7. Photography and Recording

7.1 By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

8. Behaviour and Conduct

8.1 Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all event rules and regulations. 

8.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
