Masaki Saito is a prominent figure in artisanal watchmaking, serving as the International Brand Ambassador of Montres Journe. His extensive experience in mechanical watch sales spans over two decades, with key leadership positions at major independent watchmaking brands. Masaki’s career began after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Hotel Management from the SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern in 1995. He entered the watch industry in 2001, taking on the role of International Sales Director at Montres Journe, a position he held for eight years.

Masaki later expanded his expertise by becoming the Executive Director of Montres Ludovic Ballouard, a niche independent brand, where he led commercial operations from 2010 to 2015. This experience deepened his understanding of the independent watchmaking landscape and prepared him for his return to Montres Journe. His work has been instrumental in expanding the brand’s presence in key markets across Europe and Asia, solidifying F.P.Journe’s reputation. Masaki’s leadership is characterised by his ability to balance commercial success while maintaining the brand’s artisanal values, making him a respected figure in the independent watchmaking industry.
